This desirable beta program mentioned in today's WINDOWS SECRETS newsletter could not be OPENED for two reasons:
1.
http://www.syfer.nl/signup.php NOT FOUND.
2. Unaccepted password for UNLOCK feature; not at the customary ID/PW site.
This is entered in box in the clear rather than ***; no guidelines as to requirements, or what is acceptable.
As noted, you are kindly providing latest update version, so assume this topic needs referral to the Netherlands program author.
