I don't know whats about new firmware, any new release from YAMADA? Is the last and "best" firmware NewAge?
Anybody know if yamada si working on new FW?

I think Yamada work for some new models. More models, more money for Yamada. More models, less firmwares updates. One player, one firmware. One company, thousands of... "users". I think this is Yamada.

As Mtz correctly put it, waiting for the Yamada to put up a good firmware is like waiting for pigs to gain wings: will not happen!
However, if you have a 6700, you're lucky because there's a guy putting out very good firmware: New Age. Earlier today he put out his latest masterpiece, which you can find here: http://newage.mpeg4-players.info/yamada/6700/NAv3/NAv3.html . Change log shows a lot of improvements over Yamada's official firmwares.
