Is there any Firmware with support of Greek fonts?

is this player even abel to play divx/xvid curse so far i can find any info its a dvd hd recorder and dvd player only abel to play dvd/vcd/svcd and mdvd what ever that is

Yes, it can play divx/xvid. There is a variation of the original PVR1001 called PVR1001x to support divx/xvid.

after having a look at the page and the firmware i can see it ain't a MTK based player, donno what chipset it using since i have never seen the aki extention on a player firmware before, but i know Targa made a dvdrecorder that was abel to play avi files also but it was all software based and no hardware chip, maybe this is the same i don't know
