Koenigsegg is one brand we will certainly here again. This is one vehicle especially designed for reaching impressive speed, packed into a futuristic shaped design and extremely appealing to those who are looking for adrenaline. Enter Christian von Koenigsegg is a 33 year old Swede with fast dreams. And he’s got a former fighter jet assembly plant to bring them to life. His cars had broken every speed record for production cars last year. These were shipped to Europe and Asia bur never entered the U.S. territory because his cars didn’t meet the safety and emission American standards. Christian is decided to place his vehicles on U.S. soil. Therefore, he had designed a car to match all demands. Koenigsegg CCX is the model he had presented this year at Geneva and the one that will be sold in California, the most demanding for speed American state. Now all he needs to do is to create a local network of dealers whom will sell his car, and he is working on this project since the beginning of this year. The CCX will cost somewhere around 700.000 euros, not much for the Silicon Valley cars addicted inhabitants. Thus Christian is aiming to sell about 25 units till the end of 2007. After the Koenigsseg CCX first appearance the response was impressive as there is currently a nine months waiting list for this model.
